Catholic Value – Reliability

Kinder A

“Reliance on God is the best thing to do; because God’s good outweighs your best.” Hannah Q. Mensah. Since the beginning of the school year this student has demonstrated reliability. He is always making good choices in and out of the classroom. His classmates have shared that they can always rely on him to be helpful to others and be a positive influence. At such a young age it is amazing to see such mature and composed behavior. We are blessed to have him as our class role model of Reliability. The Kinder A class have chosen Alfredo Siebert for this month’s Catholic Value.

4th Grade A

Consistency is the key to reliability. With consistency, there is trust. This month’s Catholic value award winner exemplifies reliability every day. I can rely on him because he is consistently on task, following along, and engaged in learning. His “with-it-ness” is admirable and an example to learn from. Not only can I rely on this student, but so can his fellow classmates. One student noted, “You can always count on him to lend you supplies or help anyone in any situation.” For these reasons and many more, 4A is pleased to award this month’s Catholic Value Award to Valentino Morales-Salas.

4th Grade B

“Trust in the LORD forever, for in GOD the LORD, we have an everlasting rock.” Isaiah 26:4.

Reliability is defined as the quality of being trustworthy or of performing consistently well.  In our class, this student forges relationships that are built on trust – her friends and loved ones know that they can count on her to keep her word, be there when she’ll say she’ll be, and do what she says she’ll do.  She is authentic and consistent; her affirmative actions and smart decisions make a difference in the eyes of others.  She is there for people, available to others to support them always.  It is with great honor that 4B nominates Olivia Peacock as this month’s Catholic Value recipient.

A reliable person is one that places value on commitments and their ability to keep them. This is a person that consistently shows how important it is to be responsible and follow through with their obligations. Others can count on them and others seek their help in time of need. This student is not only reliable, but positive. When this student makes a promise, he sticks to it with a smile on his face. We are so grateful to have such a great role model in our class family. Corinthians 16:14”Do all things with love”.  Reliability is the ability to be dependable and consistent with all actions. It is the act of serving those around you without hesitation or self-interest. It was no surprise that our class family selected this young lady who consistently demonstrates these qualities. A classmate describes her as always being a dependable friend. Our class family is delighted to present Isabella Zilli with this month’s Catholic Value Award.
