A runny nose and a cough may not seem like a lot…. but we need to keep everyone safe and healthy. If your child has what you think may be just a cold, please keep them home and call your pediatrician. This small inconvenience can save all of us undue stress and worry. If your child’s teacher calls you to pick up your child, please do so as quickly as possible. We are all trying our hardest to keep everyone healthy. Please, check the handbook if you have a question and help us stop the spread.

St. Patrick School offers a special family mass every month, this month it will take place on Saturday, October 4th at 5:00pm in our church.

The children may wear a shirt representing Hispanic Heritage on Friday, October 10th.

Room 8 will have a bake sale on Friday, October 24th after school.

Get ready to celebrate Halloween on Friday, Oct. 31st with a 12:00 dismissal and a great Trick or Treat event right after dismissal. The homeroom parents will let all of you know what else is needed to make this a special day. We encourage all the children, parents and staff to dress up and enjoy the event. When shopping for your child’s Halloween costume please remember that scary costumes are not to be worn (including witches) and that if your child’s costume includes accessories such as play guns or swords that you
leave them at home. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No afterschool care is offered this day.
